Diamond Princess Franklin received her Bachelor's of Music from Cairn University with a concentration in vocal performance. A Mt. Airy native, Diamond has trained under renowned musicians: Monette Sudler, Ruth Naomi Floyd and Angel Joy Blue. She has a  performed with The Philadelphia Orchestra, Walnut Street Theatre and at The Kimmel Center with Rock and R&B artists, Jon Bon Jovi and Estelle.

Diamond is a classically trained Vocalist specializing in Opera, Jazz, and Gospel music, and enjoys teaching a variety of genres based on each student's interests and passions. In addition to  her faculty position at Ambler Music Academy, she is also an early childhood music instructor and vocal coach at Settlement Music School and School of Rock in Philadelphia. She is passionate about sharing music with people of all ages and abilities,  and has volunteered as a music instructor with the School District of Philadelphia for children with autism.

In addition to teaching and performing, Diamond loves reading historical fiction and spending time with her family and adorable tabby cat, Loki.
