

Elizabeth Basoff
Elizabeth is a violinist and multiple instrument teacher from Los Angeles with a background in classical training. She began studying at the Curtis Institute of Music at a young age and later earned her Master’s, focusing on chamber music and violin performance in Vienna. She has performed internationally, showcasing her talent in a variety of settings.

​She played concertos such as Vivaldi’s Four Seasons, Paganini’s Violin Concerto No. 4, and Bruch’s Violin Concerto No. 1, with select live performance recordings released on albums. Elizabeth has toured China and Germany with solo concerts and was invited to perform at a grand, high-profile pre-wedding celebration in India. In addition, she has diverse experience in solo, chamber music, and orchestral performances.

As a teacher, Elizabeth offers creative and engaging lessons tailored to each student’s needs, helping them grow as musicians. She teaches violin, viola, and piano, balancing technical skills with musical expression, while emphasizing healthy posture and focus during practice. She strives to make lessons fun and enjoyable. Her teaching spans various genres, from classical to modern, fostering well-rounded musicianship.
Aside from music, Elizabeth enjoys yoga and is diving deeper into yoga teaching. She also volunteers to help contribute to the development of her family’s art collection. Elizabeth loves trips, exploring personal self-expression, attending musical events and art shows, and staying connected with the latest cultural movements.
