Noah Pardo Schott Composes Original Piece, Twisting Song
We are so proud of Ambler Music Academy student, Noah Pardo Schott, who composed "Twisting Song" at only 12 years old. Noah has been studying piano with Samuel Heifetz for less than three years.

I am 12 years old.
Is this your first composition?
This is my first composition.
What inspired you to write this piece?
What inspired me to write this piece, was when at first, I found out that my birthday is the same as the famous composer Beethoven, but at that time I felt like I couldn't do it, but close to now, I thought that I might as well give it a try, and it worked out well.
What was the hardest part about writing this song?
I was worried that in some places that the right and left hand won't sound well together and just that all together, it wouldn't turn out the way I wanted it to.
What part of the song is your favorite?
My favorite part is when there are eighth notes in left and right hands playing at the same time, with the right hand going up and then down in the notes.
Anything else you would like to share with us?
When I composed, Twisted Song, I didn't know others would want to hear it.
